WHAT IS GIS?

GIS (geographic information systems) is about data and geography and how they relate to each other in space.  It is a multi-faceted multi-disciplinary system that connects data with a geographic location.  It enables the analysis, manipulation and visualisation of geographic information in the form of a map, table or chart.  GIS allows us to understand relationships, patterns, and trends and to model the real world.

GIS can benefit everyone, from simply getting directions from Google Maps to providing operational cost efficiencies to companies by enabling them to work smarter and make better and informed decisions.

Spatialize® provides a range of GIS services from a simple property map with property boundaries on an aerial photograph, to analysing spatial relationships, patterns and trends, from statistical trend analysis and forecasting to geodata administration and web map/app development.
